Partnered with Alpha Tau Omega at Arizona State University to improve operational efficiency and advise on a sustainable growth strategy. Work included automating approval processes through Zapier-based email notifications and advising the Recruitment Chairman on optimizing the chapter's CRM to support a more personalized recruitment strategy, pairing members with Potential New Members through a shared-interest matching scheme. Together, these initiatives reduced manual administrative work and strengthened the chapter's approach to member growth.
Leveraged a CRM to power a personalized recruitment strategy, matching potential candidates with current members based on shared interests such as sports, hometown/state, and major. Interest data was collected through form responses and organized within the CRM to inform smarter, more relevant candidate-member pairings.
Designed and deployed automated Zapier workflows for an organization to streamline decision notifications, instantly emailing members when their meeting excuse or reimbursement request is approved or rejected. These workflows eliminated manual follow-up by triggering directly off updates to shared attendance and expense sheets.
