The organization lacked a sustainable recruitment and growth strategy. Although still early in its development, the chapter had recently begun adopting the Chapter Builder CRM as part of its recruitment process. Despite this, recruitment numbers continued to fall short, with more members graduating each year than were being recruited to replace them. Left unaddressed, this imbalance threatened the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization.
To address this, we advised on optimizing the organization's use of the Chapter Builder CRM in conjunction with integrated interest forms. The CRM was used to categorize the information collected through these forms, providing the data needed to identify strong matches between current members and Potential New Members based on shared interests. This data-informed pairing approach ensured each candidate received a more personalized recruitment experience, maximizing the organization's chances of converting Potential New Members into initiated members.
