My Workflow Designs

While working alongside the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at Arizona State University, I designed Automated workflows using the Zapier Integration Platform. These proposed workflows provided operational solutions to the organziation by introducing a standardized request and approve system for meeting excusals and reimbursement requests.

An automated Zapier workflow that emails members as soon as their meeting absence excusal is approved or rejected.

Organization Reimbursement Decision

Sends members an automated email the moment their reimbursement claim is approved or rejected, triggered by expense sheet updates.
