Having worked in logistics, I know first-hand how often tasks clash and how much depends on resolving them well. While consulting for Daybreak-AI, I researched how AI scheduling tools handle these conflicts and found they either displace a task to a new time or reallocate it to another team member, but never weigh one against the other. I identified this trade-off as a key opportunity for agentic scheduling tools, bringing my operational experience together with data-driven research.
