As Chief Operating Officer of Vectura VIP Ltd I was responsible for overseeing the company's logistical operations. During this time, I developed a series of dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio to drive data-informed decision-making, including a destination popularity analysis, a sample vehicle maintenance report, and a vehicle optimization dashboard. Together, these tools supported more efficient fleet management and route planning across the company's operations.
A dashboard tracking vehicle usage, including how often each vehicle hits its daily target mileage and how many days per year it's utilized, to help calculate fleet optimization.
A Data Studio dashboard analyzing vehicle maintenance trends, identifying which vehicles require the most repairs and highlighting the most common issues across the fleet.
